Dear September; My house

 Dear September,

You came to my life with so many things. With beach, with sun, with laughter and cry. You came to my life with inspiration, love and also you brought sickness. You gave me time to recover. You reminded me of mountains and the sun. You reminded me of the butterfly in my stomach when he holds my hand. You also dragged me to me fears. I had to face them all over again because of you. If there were no September this year, I didn't need to see the darkness. I didn't need to feel helpless. But you gave them all to me. You forced me to take it. And I have to say, you know how to wrap that ball of darkness into beautiful wrapping paper with colourful glitters. Yeaah. Your existence always was a bit twisted in my life.

And still is not over. We seem so lost in your time dear September.

Day I-Dont-Know: Self isolation

Hello;

I don't see any purpose of counting days in the lockdown anymore. It seems it's here to stay. I'm not going to lie, it is not easy. It's challenging my patience. Counting days at G's seemed beautiful. It was like when you look back and tell yourself, "I was on holidays for a week". That "week" counts! It's 7 days. 7 nights. You like those 7 days and nights. So counting 42 days meant everything. Every moment of it.
Now everything is on pause. I just need to be more patient.
And this fucking period needs to come now!

Day 37: Self isolation

Is it true that nature is so strong you forget "your home"?
Is it true that nature is so strong you forget where you belong?
I think I have forgot my home, I have forgot the castle.
Being blessed with this view;
Birds are singing constantly.
What's not to love?
What else is there to miss?

I fell in love with this house.

Elina

Day 30: Self isolation

This was our garden in Tehran.
Our garden under hail.
I miss it so much.
I wonder who is taking care of my trees now?

Start over

Well, new year started. With loads of love, kisses and hugs.
Someone died. I cried. A lot.
I feel for my country. I miss my land.

But never have I ever experienced a deeper love that I feel for my family and friends. I feel a warm hand holding my hand, helping me to stand up on my feet.

And walk again. Run again. Be me again!

Right timing;

Love who you love while you have them.
That’s all you can do. Let them go when you must.
If you know how to love, you’ll never run out.

London transition

Great.

Heavy rain in 1st of June. London. Yes, I am here in London, and yes I love (adore) the sun, but NO, I don't hate London weather. At least I keep focusing on its beautiful side. In this weather you get to enjoy your coffee and warm socks and cosy clothes always. You will enjoy when your fluffy friend (in my case, Maya) comes and sits on my feet.

Change of weather is a sign for me for a bigger change. I am in somehow a transition here. My high and low is exaggerated. And guess what? I don't have my yoga mat with me. I left it behind in Istanbul. As much I were connected with it (cause I had my very first sun salutations on it), and I thought it will stay with me for life-time but the quality was bad and my hands kept slipping on it. So I don't know where it is but I am looking forward to get a new one as soon as I get my first pay check.
It has to be turquoise. Like the ocean. Yoga will bring me back to me.

I just want to be alone these days.

I will work on my painting today.

Love you all.

Joy, love and peace;

I am back to Istanbul.

Cappadocia was awesome. The landscape was breath-taking. All those caves and stones were just so beautiful.
From the second day the weather got better so we could go out and explore the valleys and open air museums around. i will post the photos in flickr shortly.

With Mark and Jessica we walked, talked and laughed. We talked about life, love, death and how amazing life can be. We talked a lot about how I should record this video that I want to send to surf office, at the end we didn’t. When I got back I recorded it on the way to Mina’s house. I sent them last night. Let’s hope for the best. Cat says, “you should not be worried about things you can not control”, and I keep repeating it to myself.

Back to Cappadocia, I met a group of friends and we had such a good time with all of them. It’s really interesting when people come out of their shells and how they share, laugh together.
I really appreciate it.

I am busy right now and can’t write the way I want.

Enjoy the photo below till I share rest of them on flickr:)

Bests.

Take it easy;

Tonight I will go to Cappadocia. It’s a city in the mountains in east part of Turkey and it’s famous for its cave houses and balloons.
How surreal.

I still have not got the time to make my movie which I want to send to the Surf Office. Maybe I shoot it in Cappadocia. It’s pretty much cold there though.
Jessica and Mark are still here. Having them around is so much fun and actually I am starting to think I will really miss them when they continue their trip!
They gave me lots of inspiration to pursue my dreams and send lots of energy for the internship :)

These days I am thinking that life really can be very easy when you take it easy. And everything will just come to your way when you just don’t force it. So patience will be the word for May!
Let’s be patient. Let’s love more. Laugh more. And just let’s have fun living our lives, because it can be pretty much easy and lovable.

As I have not posted any photos recently, I will just post one from KaÅŸ, KaputaÅŸ.

KaÅŸ , KaputaÅŸ

Isn't it just awesome?!

Love you all.xoxo

P.S. It's Earth Day by the way! Let's just think about it today. What can we do and what we should not do?!

Life is better each moment

Decisions. Decisions. Decisions.

Making lists. Words. Thoughts. Day dreams.

Mental visions that we are sure will come true only if we can do handstands better in yoga. Only if we can find the dream job and if we can hang out with that handsome guy.

Hmm. All of them can be in this very moment. You can start small. Actually, you “have to” start small. No other way. Promise yourself to be better in each step by the next month. And believe me you can.

To begin, begin.

These days I am inspired by free souls more than anything else.

I am much more fund of wind, and water than before.

Life, love is all around us.

I have started a 12 days of yoga challenge. It has started today. I will be working on my legs more.

What about you? What are your plans for this week?

Love you all.

kisses. xoxo

#100happydays No. 3

Apparently, you think that each weekend I come by and post something about my happy days. But no, actually this week I got sick. I was in bed for 3 days. And I wanted to take a photo of my bed as three happy days in a row. Hahah.
I slept a lot and believe me it was really good. B also prepared a soup for me and Farbod came with lots of oranges... He told me he wanted to give a vitamin C shock to me . lol.
On Saturday, I woke up really happy. You've got to be there and see my face enlightened with joy of life.
This yoga class has changed my whole perspective in life. Really.

I took some photos on the way to the class as a reminder of a very happy, calm and beautiful day.

#100happydays No.2

On Sunday, I went to yoga class. It arrived there soon. So I could find a time to sit by the calm sea for a while.
My mind was as free as a bird and I was full of good energy.

After it, Babak joined me. And we walked together, had chai and enjoyed some-olny-us-in-the-moment time.

Istanbul can be romantic most of the times.
